We are pleased to announce that we have engaged with Moulton College to provide them with IT consultancy and Interim Management to help them drive change within the IT team and develop into an efficient, user focused IT service to deliver the best digital experience to the students and staff at the College.

The assignment is part IT consultancy and part interim management and will focus on the following key areas:

  • Shape the IT service delivery to a modern service-oriented, user-centric model with clear processes and standards applied throughout along with clear communication strategy.
  • Assist with a clear change management process that includes routine development and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Develop a clear service catalogue and build meaningful service level agreements with clear key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that the disaster recovery/business continuity planning is robust and has been fully tested.
  • Look at the balance of on-premise vs cloud deployed applications to reduce the reliance on on-site infrastructure.
  • Assist with the finalisation of the move to M365 with particular focus on user and shared file storage.
  • Develop a robust project to deliver Microsoft Teams based telephony across the College.
  • Develop an IT risk register with associated procedures to ensure risks are managed routinely.
  • Assist in the development of AI usage within the college to balance the promise of the technology with the security and safety for students and staff alike.
