I am pleased to announce that starting at the end of April 2024 I will be working with Bradford College to provide Interim Head of IT Services support while they search for the right person to lead the teams on a permanent basis.
Bradford College is a large college with students studying a range of courses such as T-Levels, vocational qualifications, community courses, apprenticeships and both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
In addition to helping the senior team in their search for a permanent Head of IT Services the focus of the role will be:
- Ensuring that the IT Services teams continue to hit their KPIs and other performance criteria
- Delivery of the IT aspects of the T-Levels Wave 5 refurbishment project
- Delivery of the IT aspects of the Garden Mills refurbishment project
- Early stage IT input and planning for the new Junction Mills Future Technology Centre
- Ensuring that the college has Cyber Essentials Plus certification and planning for ISO27001
- Delivering a comprehensive capital refresh programme
- Working across college to ensure that high quality IT resources are available where needed and that utilisation is high
- Provide leadership continuity to the team
